We offer absolutely FREE SHIPPING across India on orders over Rs. 999/-.

On orders below Rs. 999/-, a standard shipping fee of Rs.65/- is charged.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer COD (Cash on Delivery) facility.

We usually dispatch orders within 1 - 3 working days.

If you need it any sooner, do send us a message and we will process the order quicker, if possible.

Shipping times vary between 3 - 10 days, depending on the dispatch location.

In case there is any issue with regards to shipping, we shall contact you via telephone or email.

We work hard with reputed courier companies to ensure that you receive your order within the time-frame mentioned. However, Lapitt Global is not liable for any delays in shipping or any other factors beyond its control.

If the shipping pin code is not serviced by our courier company, we will ship your order using Speed Post parcel service from India Post.

In case the dispatch order is outside the serviceable area of our courier companies and India Post, we will contact you for cancellation of the order, followed by a full refund.

You can cancel your order anytime before its dispatched, no questions asked. Please inform us immediately and we will process the cancellation and refund subject to any applicable transaction/reversal charges thereof.

Unfortunately, once we dispatch your order, we cannot entertain any cancellations.

We do not offer any refunds/returns on products on sale.

In case you are not thrilled at all by our products and want to return them, we accept returns within 10 days from the order date, no questions asked (as long as the products haven't been worn). Please contact us immediately to initiate the process.

We will only accept return of the product in it's original packaging, unused and untampered (and definitely not worn).

Please note that you will need to arrange the return shipment yourself, and bear the related costs.

After receiving the package, we will inspect it for signs of usage. Once approved as an eligible return, we will inform you and initiate the refund subject to any applicable transaction/reversal charges thereof.

Most of our returns are because of size issues. Please refer to the Size Chart on each product page to avoid such issues when ordering. The sizes mentioned therein are fairly accurate (bearing a 0.5" difference, if at all)
